Returns & Refunds
KIDKLO believes in providing you an extremely satisfying shopping experience and we make the same possible with our flexible return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your ordered product then you can request for an exchange/return of your order within 7 days of receiving the same. However, custom-made orders cannot be returned/exchanged. Size alterations, depending on the garment maybe done in custom-made orders. All shipping costs related to such changes shall be borne by the customer.
You can put in a return/exchange request by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling up the return/exchange request form listed on our website.
You are requested to return the ordered product in its original condition and the KIDKLO packing material with all the tags and labels intact. Please ensure the product is not worn/soiled/altered/damaged/washed/dry-cleaned. In absence of the aforementioned conditions we will not be able to accept the return/exchange.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, KIDKLO shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such a product while in transit or otherwise. If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
Kindly note shipping and COD cost will not be refunded incase of returns.
All refunds would be processed within 7-10 working days of the returned product being received at our warehouse, subject to the condition of the returned product. If it is found that any of the above mentioned exchange/return clauses are violated, KIDKLO is not liable to refund the amount.
The return pick up shall be arranged by us if your pincode is serviceable by our shipping partners. Incase it is not then you are required to self ship the product to us.
For return orders, you are requested to provide your bank account details that you’d like the money refunded to. The same would be done via IMPS/NEFT/UPI.
